COLCHESTER United duo Eoin McKeown and Ryan Clamplin passed on top tips to four girls' teams at Capel Plough Youth Football Club.
The pair attended the club's training session on Friday night.
Many of the girls, aged seven to 14, live in Colchester and support the U's.
They also have tickets for the upcoming England Lionesses match at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Player Aimee Collins, 14, who attends Colchester County High School, said: "It's great to know our local professional club want to help us by allowing their players to train with us.
