Nathan started playing for Capel's 1st team in 1992 and was part of the team that was promoted to the senior division.
He took over the player manager role for reserves 2004, leaving for Brantham in 2008 after getting the sack.
He came back to Capel in 2017 to manage the 1st team for three seasons.
He was bullied into becoming secretary in 2021 by the chairman and vice chairman.
