Gary moved to Capel st Mary in the early 90's. He joined the Capel Tigers aged 8, run by Bob "Ploughman" Morrison.
After a short stint away from the Club, Gary joined the Capel men's teams in 1998/99 season.
He's been with us ever since. Gary broke into the 1st team, aged 17 and stayed there until he turned 38.
Gary claims to be the Club's highest ever goalscorer (not proven)!
He now plays for the over 35 Veterans team and runs the Junior Section. He is also the coach of his son's team.
